Karma SucksI just read that you cant return the items and loot everybody lost after that last reroll bug when the server reset?
Cant you, or is it just that you wont?
I spent 12 hours collecting items and spent alot of gold on some recipes, now I'm broke, and lost all my new items.
Way to keep players in the game! You cant fix the damn reroll bug, can you? So we will keep getting screwed over by you jerks everytime the reroll bug rears its ugly head, and you don't even seem to give a rat's ass about it.
Forget about recommending this game to my friends, I'll be telling people to stay away.
As a matter of FACT...
I think PC Gamer Magazine would LOVE to hear all about your player support, and how much you care about them. I think I'll ask them what they think about the situation.
Heck, I'm even going to forward the letter to several other Internet Gaming sites and let Everybody know how just much Acclaim CARES about their players and customers.
You screwed me over and thats 12 hours of my life I'll never get back.

You need to make amends, take responsibility for your game and it's flaws, and start treating your players with respect.
